Be that as it may, being an instructor is considerably more than simply executing exercise plans. Commercialization of college sport Essay Example For Students

Commercialization of school sport Essay Im must release you, says mentor Tim Koth to another previous player as he adds another score to his belt. Its nothing close to home, I like you, he says, yet I need to take a gander at this as a business. Is that what it is? I generally took a gander at sport as an outlet, or even a chance; yet sport is a business, that has become the unfeeling truth of cutting edge sport. This paper will talk about different viewpoints and show various instances of certain manners by which this reality is obvious. I am a unit, explicitly, an insignificant representative inside a company procuring just around 4,000 dollars for each year. Quincy University (just as different colleges) speaks to the company; it is a result of Quincy University that I will never observe my 4,000 dollars for every year. The volleyball crew, and different groups having a place with the company, are the manufacturersthe moneymakers. So when I, or some other representative, isn't turning out to be proficiently, at that point the supervisor needs to release me. As much as they (which means, the mentors) may state that they care for the individual, their consideration is quite shallow. Each person in a group is nonessential, and each person, at some point, will be supplanted. Mentors will regularly shape associations with their players on a definitive level. The mentors will typically build up a technique in which they control about each part of the players life (Sage 149). It tends to be anything from dietary patterns, extra curricular exercises, and preparing for the related game, to such things as dating practices and other social qualities of the ordinary existence of a school studentits a snare. This is the circumstance: a secondary school understudy with an uncommon athletic foundation and fulfilling grades is selected to a division one school with a solid grant to play b-ball. He acknowledges the offer and signs his National Letter of Intent which proclaims that if the understudy wishes to play for another establishment he should initially take an entire year off from playing his assigned game. In that impact, the understudy competitor is bound to this foundation; in any case, the establishment isn't bound to the competitor (Eitzen 111). The understudy has no doubts about marking this bit of paper; he feels this is only a little cost to pay in the method of advanced education. After the main year of school, in any case, the understudy finds that he is unequipped for contending at such a significant level, and what used to be an approach to pay for most of his training has become his destruction. His agreement is non-inexhaustible, non-debatable; the once mindful instructin g staff has released him. Since marking his letter of plan, he gets no opportunity at playing b-ball for even a division a few school, and is left with no real way to pay for his educationits a snare. Schools should, later on, offer two to multi year grants to epitomize their pledge to competitors as understudy agents (Eitzen 118). In school, the competitor believes oneself to be a tip top, which is genuine dependent on a table of movement inside the National Federation of State High School Associations information, expressing that lone five percent of all secondary school competitors can convey their athletic vocation into a university level (Sage 52). This is one case of the business part of game. On the off chance that this were false, at that point anybody that needed to play in a specific game, could. School sport has developed from straightforward intramural and recreational features of life to enormous scope business amusement. We have gone to a time in which sports are a piece of our regular daily existence, however they nearly control us. The point emerges in almost every discussion, model: them should Bears?! The notice of a brandishing group is a methods for easygoing discussion, an icebreaker, and even has certain governmental issues required also. At that point you have your schools, the companies, which have come to depend on sports as a methods for drawing in more understudies and different tips (for example significant supports and different sponsorships). One can be certain that no one goes to Ohio State due to its exceptional expressive arts division. Ohio State is first known as a serious football maker, it is acknowledged besides as an instructive foundation. Ohio State, in view of its past triumphs, is eagerly embraced by the Nike Corporation and furthermore has an enlistment of well more than thirty thousand understudies. There is a buzz that reverberates noticeable all around and the psyches of those in Buckeye Land, and the best in class offices are legitimately identified with this effect. .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .postImageUrl , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .focused content territory { min-stature: 80px; position: relative; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:hover , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:visited , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:active { border:0!important; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .clearfix:after { content: ; show: table; clear: both; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 { show: square; progress: foundation shading 250ms; webkit-change: foundation shading 250ms; width: 100%; obscurity: 1; progress: darkness 250ms; webkit-change: haziness 250ms; foundation shading: #95A5A6; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:active , .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:hover { murkiness: 1; change: mistiness 250ms; webkit-progress: obscurity 250ms; foundation shading: #2C3E50; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .focused content zone { width: 100%; position: relati ve; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .ctaText { fringe base: 0 strong #fff; shading: #2980B9; text dimension: 16px; textual style weight: striking; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; content beautification: underline; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .postTitle { shading: #FFFFFF; text dimension: 16px; textual style weight: 600; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; width: 100%; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .ctaButton { foundation shading: #7F8C8D!important; shading: #2980B9; outskirt: none; fringe span: 3px; box-shadow: none; text dimension: 14px; textual style weight: intense; line-tallness: 26px; moz-fringe range: 3px; content adjust: focus; content embellishment: none; content shadow: none; width: 80px; min-stature: 80px; foundation: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/modules/intelly-related-posts/resources/pictures/basic arrow.png)no-rehash; position: total; right: 0; top: 0; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:hover .ctaButton { foundation shading: #34495E!important; } .ued85bba6 8511cad5fd943643554d35d1 .focused content { show: table; tallness: 80px; cushioning left: 18px; top: 0; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1-content { show: table-cell; edge: 0; cushioning: 0; cushioning right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-adjust: center; width: 100%; } .ued85bba68511cad5fd943643554d35d1:after { content: ; show: square; clear: both; } READ: Strong mainland realm EssayAnother, yet crueler, part of school sport as a business is a model that was made open by the University of Central Florida football program in 1997. With Heisman Trophy applicant Dante Culpepper as one of the groups more prominent victories, the mentor of the UCF Knights acknowledged a division 1 calendar, which included powerhouse groups, for example, Nebraska and Georgia State for around one million dollars consequently. The mentor remarked by saying that he wouldn't fret getting squashed intellectually and truly, and that one million dollars will more than fulfill any clinical needs. As it mi ght have been, UCF was about pulverized by Nebraska truly, the players being dealt with simply as the previously mentioned disposable units. Is it not sickening that colleges are turning out to be marketed to such an extent that understudy seating is regularly given away in a lottery (Eitzen 106)? Partaking, in the case of playing or spectating, in sports was initially implied for the intrigue and diversion of the understudies. Would it not be increasingly perfect to have a lottery for the network outside of the college? It is, all things considered, the college that made the network. These are nevertheless a couple of models that have made me fully aware of school sport in the business point of view. I feel to some degree remorseful in that I am a member, and will keep on taking an interest, in school sports considerably subsequent to looking away from plain sight for these realities. In spite of the fact that I don't anticipate a lot, assuming any, adjustment later on for sport, I will be always vigilant when it comes time for my blood (my youngsters) to go into the marketed universe of advanced education. Not exclusively is university sport worried about business, yet its pioneers put forth an admirable attempt to hide this reality (Sage 191). Book index:

529s on a Roll

Financial Professional Content With Strategic Insight's 529 industry conference in Orlando just around the corner, recent news items reporting the growth of 529 plans could not come at a better time. This week, Sallie Mae and Ipsos Public Affairs released "How America Pays for College 2013," an in-depth annual survey of American families' college funding practices and attitudes. Here's the encouraging news regarding 529 plans: First, the percentage of families using 529 plans to pay for college rose dramatically, increasing from 11% during the 2011-12 school year to 17% during 2012-13. High-income families (over $100,000) reported the most-frequent use of 529 plans in 2012-13 (26%), but low- and middle-income families also reported large percentage increases from the previous year. Families that used 529 plans to help pay for college withdrew an average of $7,959 for the 2012-13 school year, according to the survey. Second, the increase in the number of families using 529 plans led to a sharp increase in the percentage of total college costs being covered by 529 plans, jumping from 4% in 2011-12 to 7% in 2012-13. Third, the average family withdrew nearly eight times more from a 529 plan than from a retirement account (IRA, 401(k), etc.) to pay for college. And when families reported having "dedicated college savings accounts," 529 plans represented two-thirds of those dedicated funds. Finally, the survey found that families paying for college without borrowing were four times more likely to be using 529 plans (12%) than families that were borrowing (3%). Clearly, 529 plans are becoming a powerful antidote for the student loan malady that recently saw federal student loan debt passing the $1 trillion mark. With yesterday's passage of the Bipartisan Student Loan Certainty Act in the U.S. Senate, the stage is now set for substantially higher interest rates on future federal education loans, and the impetus to save with 529 plans becomes even greater. The Theory Of The Tracking Theory - 1430 Words

I will now prove that the current formulation of the tracking theory fails to track knowledge in all cases. I will do this by way of a counterexample which Nozick himself raises. Imagine a case in which a grandmother knows that her grandson is well by seeing him. Furthermore, even if the grandson was not well, other family members would still tell the grandmother that he was well to spare her from emotional distress. This clearly violates condition (3) of the tracking theory because in close possible worlds where the grandson is not well, she wouldn t believe that he is not well. Rather, she would believe that he is well due to the testimony of family members. Nonetheless, the original proposition, â€Å"that grandmother knows that her†¦show more content†¦While implementing restrictions of the belief forming method allows the theory to overcome cases like the one above, it does not allow the theory to successfully track knowledge in all cases. To show that this is the cas e, I will present several counterexamples to the revised theory. Tristan Haze formulated two new counterexamples to Nozick’s theory in 2015, I will begin by presenting one of these new counterexamples. Suppose that I have a counterfactually robust delusional belief that my neighbor is some sort of divine oracle. In actuality, my neighbor is just a reliable and truthful tax lawyer. Now suppose that my neighbor wishes to tell me some point about tax law, P. At some point, my neighbor tells me P and I believe him because I believe he is a divine oracle. Had I believed that he was a lawyer, I would not have believed P because of my inherent distrust of lawyers. Intuitively, it seems as though I do not know P because my belief rests on a delusion. Nonetheless, Nozick’s theory posits that I do know P as it meets all the conditions. Conditions (1) and (2) are naturally met as it is true and I believe it. Condition (3) seems to hold because if P were not true, my truthful and reliable neighbor would not have told me P, thus I wouldn t believe it. Lastly, condition (4) holds; if it were true, I would believe P because my neighbor would have told meShow MoreRelatedSociological Perspectives On Education Theory And Practice Essay1351 Words   |  6 PagesSOCIOLOGICAL THEORIES AND THEIR APPLICABILITY IN EDUCATION THEORY AND PRACTICE Presented by: NDUNG’U M. I. Introduction Our team was commissioned to perform a salary survey for the leadership and membership of the APICS. We surveyed a sample of the APICS and received responses from 1,973 members on their individual compensation and the demographic and business factors that may have an impact on that level of compensation. The demographic factors surveyed included: age, gender, years of experience, education, and certifications. Business factors included the job type, the level of each member’s managerial responsibility, and number of employees in each responder’s company. This ultimately is a large factor to consider when making specific assumptions using the survey data. Even though certain parts of the survey data weigh more heavily such as the supply chain category and the general survey population being roughly 68% male, the data shows specific factors and trends that lead to higher levels of compensation. Advanced education is one of the strongest factors that results in higher compensation. The survey responses range in education from a high school level to a PhD. While the majority of the respondents have at least a bachelor degree, the data shows that having a master s or more results in a minimum of 12% higher than average compensation at $100k+, with compensation being 51% higher than average for PhD respondents at $137k (Figure 3). While education plays an important role in compensation, so do certifications. The survey asked if the respondent had a CPIM, CSCP, or both certifications. The data shows that the average compensation for an individual with a CPIM certification is $95K for an individual with a CSCP certification, and $106k for those individuals holding both certifications. While the average compensation for those individuals without any certification is $85K. CDC is the branch of public health that provides the protection against the effects of environmental hazards that can effect health of the people and affect the ecological balances which is very important for human health and environmental quality. CDC is the agency for and disease registry and toxic substances established in U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources (Abara Heiman, 2014). This agency is the way to focus on the relationships between human and their environment to promote the health of the human and animals also and provides a safe and healthy environment. Problem Statement: The problem is how to provide safety to workers of the plant. If there is unsafe condition in the gas plant, a head of company wants to solve these kinds of problems so she is consulting with the expert health control association (Abara Heiman, 2014). This is also very important to find out the safety for the workers who are working in the unsafe environment. There may be many problems with them who are working in a plant so to provide safety to them we use the CDC Act. CDC is the agency which is very helpful to provide safety environment (Calixto et al., 2013). There is a need to start some policies and to make some strategies to provide the safe environment to the workers. So the problem is what the essential steps should take by the head of the company. We are considering CDC, national agency and the answers of all the questions given according to CDC. Unsafe condition and unsafe Acts in plant: There are lot of unsafe condition and unsafe acts in the plant according to CDC given below: There may be some unsafe conditions in a company. If there is any damage and an accident occurs in the company work place then it creates an unsafe work environment. The problem of happening the loss or injury at any workplace is called the unsafe condition of the work place (Donohue et al., 2015). In the company if proper maintenance of the building is not being then there may be some damage in the building and it may leading cause of accident. The workers of the company could be injured in any incident. Due to earth-quack or fire, a lot of hazard to the men, machine and building can happen. An incident is the main cause of the decay of men power (Dowell, Haegerich Chou, 2016). If there is any task activity is doing and if any worker gets injured during that work that comes under unsafe act (Gillespie, Wigington Hong, 2013). Unsafe acts depend on upon how a human act and how any human behave with others. Mostly unsafe acts are related to our actions what we do in our daily life. The workers working in the company do not pay attention to the instruction. At the time of training sometimes, people do not hear about the instruction given by the trainer which leads to an incident (Gonzalez-Delgado et al., 2015). In whole training program, the disease and to cure them is explained by the trainer. But due to the less attention or the less interest, some trainee does not hear the trainer properly and they miss some points which may be cause of the incident (Gulzar Manzoor, 2014). The unsafe handling of the materials is also an issue which may the cause of accident. There is another problem that can affect the safety. If we do not load and store the material with caution then it is also an unsafe act. There is need to use the objects and equipments correctly in the organization so that an incident can be avoided (Kagan, 2016). The workers should follow the direction given by the company so that the incident cannot take place. If there is an accident occurs then it w ill be the reason of physical disabilities and the mental disabilities also. So to avoid the pain and suffer, everyone should be aware of the caution and use all the safety measures (Kol et al., 2014). There is a ventilation problem in the lab of plant according to CDC that is the cause of the infections and the chronic disease because unfiltered air is below inside the labs through the ventilation that is very harmful (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). Through the ventilation, a lot of dust particles entered to the plant that was very harmful. Due to the dangerous site of the place and dangerous gas, many disease particles took place. A section of the facility including bio-safety was involved in the security incident. If there are not policies of company to provide the safety to the workers that under comes the critical condition. Lack of awareness is also an unsafe condition of the plant. If the workers are working in the plant and they are not aware of the effects and potential for an explosion caused by a natural gas leak, it creates an unsafe environment in the plant (Kumar, 2014). There are some other unsafe issues and acts which may be in the company: Unforeseen condition can be happened at any work place at any time that can be cause of a high loss of the physical (human) and the financial loss (Liao et al., 2013). A client, public and employees, anyone can be affected due to the incident that is unpredictable such as earth-quack, tsunami, floods, fire, toxic gas and many other incidents. So, there is high demand to use the caution while working in the company (Loud, 2012). Under the CDC act, all the security majors are defined below: Steps to rectify the noted safety concerns: If there is any crisis happens in the company then there should be an alert in the company. Management should ready to respond to an emergency situation. A head is always ready to respond to the worst situation; an admin should be appointed for the worst situation. In CDC act, every worker should ready for the each worst situation; they provide proper training to the employees (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). The mind of every employee as well as head should set to use the caution for any situation. In CDC, there is an immediate action plan for an emergency. An emergency plan must be followed by the employees to provide the safety to everyone. As we take the example of fire, if any equipment catches the fire then there should be fire extinguisher to control the fire. All the equipment to control the unforeseen situation must be present in the company and every worker of the company must be aware of that (Mack Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). If someone is doing unconsciously in the plant then this may cause of unsafe environment. To make the safe environment, there must be a suitable person for the suitable job according to their qualification (Meyer, Yoon Kaufmann, 2013). If anyone does not know how to start a machine then that person should not appoint for that job. So a head officer must recruit the suitable person for the job. To avoid the unsafe act, the worker must be aware of the job for which they are appointed (Paggi et al., 2013). A worker must be aware of to operate the equipment. A training session for the workers must be given. Everyone must be aware of the general security issues and they must be known about the prevention. There must be a proper training for every employee at a certain period of time. Every employee of the company must have knowledge about the common ways of prevention if there may accident happens in the organizations (Riley et al., 2015). CDC is the agency which provides the safe enviro nment to the humans. So a CDC workshop must conduct in every organization (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). CDC is the organization to prevent the health hazards of the human so CDC supports the public to prevent the disease and tell about the cure how to get rid of any disease and the physical disability. Alternatives: A list of alternatives is given below that can be used by the company head and the employees for protection at the time of any incident: A company head and the management must develop the emergency action plan to reduce the chance of the miss-happens. An emergency plan will be practical and appropriate that can be easily implemented (Rupp, Skarlicki Shao, 2013). First of all, a company head should analyze through all the problems that can be happened in the future and then they should take the decision to make the emergency action plan. An emergency plan implements including all the emergencies that can be occurred in the workplace (Sana et al., 2015). A manager and the company head must inspect the company site at the certain time interval so that they would be able to predict all the emergencies. So a hazard assessment must be determined. All the machinery and the assets require repairing so the continuous repairing is very necessary (Schuch et al., 2014). The accident may occur due to less consciousness of the workers so the working hours should be less and the work environment should be good. According to CDC sur vey, a report is conducted, there should be a friendly work environment at the work-place so that a junior level employee can share every problem with the senior management and the mental pressure will be less (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). Sometimes, mental pressure is also the reason for the incident in the company so this idea is also helpful to reduce the unforeseen situations. In every plant, a procedure is very necessary for every management work. So there should be a procedure for an emergency action plan. The procedure which is especially required by CDC is to follow the rules and regulations by the employees to avoid the accidents. Every alarm should not be off at the time of shut down the company (Schuh Camelio, 2013). Because any incident can be happened anything, it may be after the working hours of the company so at least one alert alarm remains on at every time. A company head must take some essential steps to make aware every worker. For example, if there is an organization of gas plant, then every employee must be aware of how to operate the machines and must know about the effects of the gases. Every employee must now how to start and stop the machine (Shohan, Hossain Sufiyan, 2014). Every staff of the CDC should know about the power circuit board. There should be a limitation for operating any equipment (Shukla Garg, 2013). There should not be the access to anything, like if the speed of the machine is set to some limit then workers should not use the machine at unsafe speed. The access to anything may be the reason of the decay or any incident. So, CDC conducts various programs to create the awareness among the people for the safety and the health safety also (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). There should not be avoidance for the security majors. As, everyone understands that the security i s very important for any workplace, so there must be a proper use of safety equipment so that any physical disability could not happen. There should not be the use of defective equipment. There must be a limit of using any equipment so everyone should use that equipment till a set time frame (Simonetti et al., 2015). The repairing of the equipment should be at the time to time. No one should use any equipment after the expiry date of the product and machinery. If anyone uses the defective tools or equipment, it must be the reason for the unsafe condition. The workplace should not be congested; sometimes the congestion work -place environment may also be a reason for the unsafe condition. So, CDC advised that there must be spacious workplace so that no accident can take place (Gillespie, Hurvitz, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2013). A poor housekeeping is also the reason of any incident; cleanness is also a major reason for the security. An unclean work place environment is also an unsafe condition so there must be proper house-keeping at every work-place. According to CDC Act, in every plant, there must be a contractor to maintain the safety policy of the plant (Snider et al., 2014). Every company head must give the contract to some suitable person so that the safety condition can be maintained at a time to time. In the company, if there is fire took place incidentally, a fire alarm system must be installed for that. A warning alarm should be installed in the company so that it can sense id fire exist I n the company and buzzer the warning alarm automatically (Strauss, Olbrycht Woo, 2013). CDC creates awareness in the people for the safety of the men power that must be followed. After studying all the issues, CDC made a report of the problem of the company and advised to take these appropriate actions so that any unsafe condition in the work place can't occur (Steele et al., 2013). CDC considers that these unsafe conditions do not affect only to the employees of the company but also to the public surviving around that company (Tate, 2013). If a company met with an accident then it will affect not only to the workers or the people in the company but also to the entire surrounding. CDC takes an example of Bhopal gas tragedy in that accident, not only the worker got affect but the entire public roaming around the gas plant got affected (Topf, 2015). If a big incident happens in the company then it must affect the entire surroundings and decay the natural resources also for a long time period. Who or what is affecting in the accident happens in the company help the head engineer to modify the actions to address the problem because it is affecting the human being and animals also surrounding to the company. It also affects the entire environment nearby the plant (Ugwulashi, 2014). The workers who are working in the company are not properly aware of the miss happenings then how public will be aware of the danger. It is very common that people do not understand the danger that lives nearby to the plant because they don't know the work place environment. It is not easy to predict the incident but company head should follow the precautions to avoid the incidents. Company head needs to differentiate between who and what is affecting sue to the miss-happening and then she might take an appropriate decision for the welfare for everyone. According to CDC, if a company head is thinking only about the workers and planning only for the safety of the workers then this issue of an unsaf e condition will not be solved (Ulrich, 2015). CDC advised to analyses the whole firm and the area including surroundings of the company. Without proper analysis, a company cannot be established in any area. Proper inspection by the CDC should be done at time to the time or at the quarterly time span so that the predictable incidents can be stop by using caution (Wagner, Wu Sood, 2014). It is the duty of company head to make the work environment safe and to provide the safety to public as well as workers of the place. CDC is the agency that works as the consultancy for all type of companies and the public also. It is a welfare association for the society. The engineer should be considering each and every aspect of the issues related to the health and safety of the employees working in the company. The major responsibility of the engineer should be to report the health and safety concerns of the workers in the business environment that might occur in the future to the top management level in the operating unit of the organization (Westfall, 2015). The engineer is to be held responsible for the mentoring and prevention of the chemical, biological, and physical dangers through the convenience of the employment locations. The engineer should be incorporating the health standards for disseminating the establishment. He should be guaranteeing the quality management measures for establishing and scrutinizing the regulation aspects of the health and safety issues within the business environment (Abara Heiman, 2014). He should be guiding the inspections of the health and safety plans such that to manage and recognize the momentous loss produc ing disclosure. Maintenance of the workplace and all equipments is also the most important step that should be considered by the engineer head at a certain span of time (Athar et al., 2013). The engineer should be responsible for advising the management to impose the legislations for improving the working conditions for avoiding any accidents and he should be identifying each aspect of the issues related to health and safety issues in the workplace. He should be responsible for covering the healthy and safety regulations over a wide range of basic health and safety issues all around the work place. The engineer head and the management must develop the emergency action plan to reduce the chance of the miss-happens (Baker Insurance, 2014). An emergency plan will be practical and appropriate that can be easily implemented. First, a company head should analyze through all the problems that can be happened in the future and then they should take the decision to make the emergency action plan. An emergency plan implements including all the emergencies that can be occurred in the workplace (Bertels Lawrence, 2016). A manager and the company head must inspect the company site at the certain time interval so that they would be able to predict all the emergencies. So a hazard assessment must be determined. All the machinery and the assets require repairing so the continuous repairing is very necessary (Calixto et al., 2013). Thus, the engineer head should be considering the issues and aspects related to the health and safety hazards such that to make the business environment a better p lace to work in. The head engineer should be following the professionalism and should be abiding by the ethical code of conduct. An unclean work place environment is also an unsafe condition so there must be proper housekeeping at every work place (Dimaggio, 2013). The engineer should be creating awareness in the people for the safety of the men power that must be followed. After studying all the issues, the engineer should be convincing the manager and advising him to take these, appropriate actions so that any unsafe condition in the work place cannot be occur. Work place demands the more safety than other places. So the engineer is required to use the security and safety measures. As the head of the company is consulted with the health and safety control consultancy, that is CDC then it is advised to make use of appropriate things the company (Donohue et al., 2015). Maintenance of the workplace and all equipments is also the most important step that should be taken by the company head at a certain span of time. Proper inspection by the head engineer should be done at time to time or at the quarterly time span so that the predictable incidents can be stop by using caution. It is the duty of the management to make the work environment safe and to provide the safety to public as well as workers of the place (Dowell, Haegerich Chou, 2016). If a company met with an accident then it will affect not only to the workers or the people in the company but also to the entire surrounding. If a big incident happens in the company then it must affect the entire surroundings and decay the natural resources for a long time. It is not easy to predict the incident but company head should follow the precautions to avoid the incidents. The management is required to take it is the responsibility of the engineer to advised management to take an appropriate decision for the welfare for everyone. The head engineer must address all the problems, which affects the entire environment nearby the plant. Without proper analysis, a company cannot be established in any area. CDC is the agency that works as the consultancy for all type of companies and the public also. It is a welfare association for the society (Gillespie, Wigington Hong, 2013). For the prevention of the health and safety hazards in the business environment, the company should be installing emergency alert system within the business premises. The installation of emergency alerting system would be requiring huge initial investment for the company (Gulzar Manzoor, 2014). However, it should be noted that this emergency alert system would be helping in predicting the emergency in the working environment such that to make the employees aware of the emergency. This creation of awareness in the employees working in the business environment by the emergency system would be enabling in averting the health and safety disaster that could be occurring if the emergency system is not established without the business environment of the organization (Kol et al., 2014). As we take example of fire, if any equipment catches, the fire then there should be fire extinguisher to control the fire. All the equipments equipment to control the unforeseen situation must be present in the company and every worker of the company must be aware of that. This emergency system would be enabling the employees to be aware of the subtraction such that to respond to the merges situation like fire in an effecting way. This could help the company to prevent any losses, which could be caused if the emergency could not be averted. It should be noted that the loss could be costing the company more that the initial investment that it would be making to avert the emergency.Implementation plan Outline Number Task Name Duration Start Finish Predecessors 1 Project of implementing Health and safety system in CDC 15 days Fri 5/20/16 Fri 6/3/16 1.1 Project initiation 2 days Fri 5/20/16 Sat 5/21/16 1.2 Identification of project manager 3 days Sun 5/22/16 Tue 5/24/16 3 1.3 Documentation of change management 4 days Wed 5/25/16 Sat 5/28/16 4 1.4 list of resources 6 days Sun 5/29/16 Fri 6/3/16 5 2 Project Planning and execution 81 days Sat 6/4/16 Tue 8/23/16 2.1 Procurement planning 6 days Sat 6/4/16 Thu 6/9/16 6 2.2 design of the input data 8 days Fri 6/10/16 Fri 6/17/16 8 2.3 health and safety of average employees 5 days Sat 6/18/16 Wed 6/22/16 9 2.4 preparing the training materials 2 days Thu 6/23/16 Fri 6/24/16 10 2.5 implementation of the system 60 days Sat 6/25/16 Tue 8/23/16 11 3 Training workshops 72 days Wed 8/24/16 Thu 11/3/16 3.1 Report of the training division 15 days Wed 8/24/16 Wed 9/7/16 12 3.2 Training of the nurses 18 days Thu 9/8/16 Sun 9/25/16 14 3.3 training of the staff 19 days Mon 9/26/16 Fri 10/14/16 15 3.4 Showing the outcome to the management 20 days Sat 10/15/16 Thu 11/3/16 16 4 Project closure 52 days Fri 11/4/16 Sun 12/25/16 4.1 Report of the closing down of the project 18 days Fri 11/4/16 Mon 11/21/16 17 4.2 Providing the user manual 12 days Tue 11/22/16 Sat 12/3/16 19 4.3 Approval by Manager 22 days Sun 12/4/16 Sun 12/25/16 20 Table 1: Implementation plan for the health and safety hazards Source: Created by author Conclusion: In this paper, all the situation of unsafe work-place condition is discussed in detail. The crises that can be happened in the company are discussed above in this paper. After studying the case study, an appropriate solutions for the problem is given in this report. The detail of actions that should be taken by the head of the company, is described above. As we all know that safety is very important for every place. But work-place demands the more safety than other places. So there must be the use of security equipment. As the head of the company is consulted with the health and safety control consultancy that is CDC then it is advised to make use of appropriate things the company. Maintenance of the workplace and all equipment is also the most important step that should be taken by the company head at a certain span of time. In short, it can be said that CDC is the best health and safety national agency of the USA that delivers the best knowledge about the safety of any workplace an d provides the protection of people against any disease and the accidental disability. CDC is the national agency that is the best consultancy all over the world to control the disease and to protect the human being. It provides the safety to the humans to feel them secure while working in a plant. By using the guidelines of CDC, anyone can create the safe working environment so that the unpredictable things can be stopped. The decay of employees and assets can be stopped by using the guidelines of CDC. It will be very helpful to make the healthy environment of the work-place. There are various measures that should be taken by the workers as well as the company head so that a safe working environment can be provided to the employees and to the surroundings of the company area. It is concluded that a plant head must take the appropriate steps to ensure the safety of the natural resources as well as employees. Because it is the responsibility of the company management and the company head to provide a safe working environment to the employees and the employers and to improve the health environment of the company. In short, it is concluded that CDC provides a safe work environment to the public and create the awareness among the people to prevent the disease and improve the safety so a company head should use the above-discussed facts to avoid the unsafe working condition. To make a secure and healthy working environment a company head must use the emergency action and follow the company procedure described by the CDC (control of disease centre and prevention ).
